We are pleased to advise that in 2008 and 2009 Brook End was awarded 5 Star status by the UK’s premier rating agency ‘Quality in Tourism”. The accommodation, fittings and decoration reflect this standard. In 2009 Brook End was additionally rated with a Gold Award - The highest available in the UK.
Brook End sleeps 4 very comfortably with additional capacity as mentioned later. All rooms are fully furnished. All linens / towels are provided (excluding beach towels). All utilities are included in the tariff.
The upstairs accommodation consists of 2 double Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kingsize bedroom has a five foot bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bath and shaver point. A large cot/junior bed and a single bed Put-u-Up are available if needed.
The second bedroom has a double bed and walk in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a large shower, basin, W.C and shaver point. All bedrooms have new furniture and hair dryers.
Downstairs the main lounge/diner is 27’ x 19’ with leather suite, flat screen T.V with Freeview, DVD player, CD/Radio and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is fully fitted including dual fuel cooker and hob, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc. There is a generous supply of kitchenware to make your life easier.
Guests have the benefit of their own private garden with wooden table, chairs and benches. They are also welcome to use the hosts garden. Guests have their own private parking area
