Bournemouth Aviation Museum is a registered charity operated entirely by volunteers. Come and see our piston-powered & jet aircraft and an RAF Rescue helicopter, displayed in a spacious & natural setting.

Clamber into cockpits, twiddle the knobs and imagine you are the pilot. Enjoy the panoramic view of the busy Airport from the top of our double-decker bus. Take off in a light aircraft from the Airport opposite in our sit-in flight simulator and fly around the area using realistic scenery.

Opening Hours

The Museum is open daily during the summer (April to October) from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Winter opening times will be published nearer the time.

Parking

There is ample parking for all visitors.

Disabled Facilities

Parking for disabled visitors' transport is available immediately outside the main entrance. Ramps provide easy access to the main buildings and a disabled toilet is available. The aircraft and cockpits are displayed in the open air in field conditions.
