Pete and Frances Miles opened Storm in October 1999. Their aim remains the same today as it was then ­  to put the best fresh fish, shellfish and produce on the table. Pete; co-owner and chef,  is also a local fisherman and enjoys catching his own produce and is able to use his wide network of fisherman friends to supply most ofwhatever else he needs for the restaurant.
