Ashley Wood is a friendly and welcoming golf club, originally established over 100 years ago, which offers very good facilities situated in a beautiful part of Dorset. The golf course is 6308 yards long off the white tees and is a good test of golf for all levels of ability; it is predominantly a downland course which drains quickly in the wettest weather and enjoys outstanding views of the surrounding countryside; in addition four holes are played within the Ashley Woods ancient woodland which is carpeted with bluebells in May.
